OCM’s Survey Associates are articulate, intelligent, and exceptionally courteous. While our associates come from a variety of backgrounds, they share several notable qualities. Most have college or advanced degrees. Many of the part-time associates come from careers in professions that involve actively listening to people. For instance, OCM has employed a pastoral counselor, a grief counselor, a social worker, and former teachers. All of them are carefully recruited because of their qualities as communicators and their ability to engage people in a manner that is thoughtful and respectful.
